AVAZA Interpreter Request Alerts
Last updated: October 7, 2026 | Effective date: October 7, 2026
AVAZA Interpreter Request Alerts notify enrolled interpreters when a new request may be available. Messages are informational and operational, not marketing. The text message does not include patient, provider, language, modality, or appointment details; sign in to AVAZA to view the request.
AVAZA sends an interpreter-ready alert for a video call to the provider’s existing profile phone number, when present. The alert includes a link back to the authenticated waiting room and no patient or interpreter identity.
Interpreter enrollment is optional and is not a condition of using AVAZA or providing interpretation services. Message frequency varies based on matching request activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Provider call-ready alerts are limited to one alert per call. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume after opting out. Reply HELP for help. You can also change your text-alert preference in your AVAZA interpreter profile.
Providers can reply STOP to stop call-ready alerts, or START to resume them.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. AVAZA does not guarantee that a request will remain available when you open an alert.
